April 8, 2004

Dear ones,

First of all, we'd like to thank each one of you for your patience with us as we go through the transition from Embrace Israel Ministries to Gratefully Grafted Ministries. Although the ministry work is much the same as before - there have been many obstacles in the road. Thank you for standing with us during this time. If you would like to learn more about the ministry of "Gratefully Grafted Int’l" please visit our website at www.gratefullygrafted.org

As we come upon the Passover season - we look back and see how God has "passed over" us in many difficult situations and how thankful we are to him for His death and resurrection. As you celebrate Passover and/or Resurrection Day, be sure to look back in your own lives and give thanks for the blood of Jesus and all He has done for you and yours.

Please do not stop praying for us as a ministry - for a continued smooth transition and for continued support - financially and in prayer. We feel your Prayer support and we need your financial support more than ever - the support to our Israel brothers and sisters is very low - it is imperative that we do not decrease our giving in this area. Gratefully Grafted Ministries is still providing all the services (administration, banks accounts, newsletters, etc.) to the various ministries in Israel - we need your financial support as well as your prayer support in order to continue these vital helps.

CALL FOR DAY OF PRAYER FOR THE PEACE OF JERUSALEM

In our last Prayer Alert we informed you of the exciting event that is taking place in New York beginning on Thursday evening, May 20, at the Hilton Hotel Manhattan, where the charter signing of the "Call to Prayer" will take place at a special banquet. Friday, May 21, there will be a Special Diplomatic Prayer Briefing at the Israeli Consulate. At the same time, special strategic planning sessions will take place at the Empire State Building to build local church and city-wide models and empower grassroots volunteers in preparing to call the nation to this annual Day of Prayer. Thousands of churches globally are expected to unite in this effort on Sunday, October 3, 2004.

YOU CAN BE A PART!

We, Gratefully Grafted Ministries, Int'l. have been invited to participate in this historical event. We will be part of the Special Diplomatic Prayer Briefing at the Israeli Consulate hosted by Ambassador Alon Pinkas, have our own table at the signing banquet and a table with Israeli products for sale to raise money for the ministries we are involved with in Israel. We have committed to help in this endeavor with an offering of $5,000.00. If you would like to help in raising this money for this important event, please contact our office or email us at mailbox@gratefullygrafted.org. If you would like to give towards the commitment of $5,000.00, please put a note with your check indicating what part is for this special assembly and what part is for Gratefully Grafted Int'l.

For those of you who are interested in being more of a part - call us - there's even room at our table for those that God directs to be with us in New York. CALL or EMAIL US!!!

Shalom and Happy Passover/Resurrection Day
