House of Victory (Beit Nitzachon) residential rehabilitation center in Haifa. The work of the congregation encompasses weekly worship and prayer services, youth meetings and Shabbat school for younger children, as well as home groups for Hebrew, English, Russian, and Arabic speakers.

Individuals serve in outreaches such as the "Raven's Basket" mobile food distribution to needy families, or the "Elijah's Cloak" clothing distribution center located in downtown Haifa.
