Ebenezer Emergency Fund
Operation Exodus
"Thus says the Lord GOD:'Behold, I will
lift My hand in an oath to the nations,
And set up My standard
for the peoples; They shall bring your sons in their arms,
And your daughters
shall be carried on their shoulders'" Isaiah
49:22
Ebenezer Emergency Fund was founded in
1991 at a prayer conference in Jerusalem during the first Gulf
War. The vision was to assist
the Jewish people scattered throughout the former Soviet Union
to return to Israel. This vision still stands. As of early summer
2007, Ebenezer has assisted 120,000 to find necessary documents
proving they are Jewish, to meet with the consuls, and to fly or
go by ship to settle in the Promised Land. Their children are indeed
being carried in the nations’(Gentiles’) arms and on
their shoulders.
Ebenezer is an intercessory ministry with a prophetic task. Prayer
is first - before we make a move - then continued throughout our
daily work. If we do not carefully follow the Lord in this holy
task, He will not allow us to help His Chosen home. Across the
nations of the world thousands of Christians are praying for both
the large decisions, the ongoing process and the details of individual
Jewish people who are finding obstacles returning to their Land.
The Lord is constantly working miracles on their behalf.
Believers are also praying for the Lord’s strategy to help
Jewish people from all nations, including the USA to return to
Israel. We know the greatest Exodus is yet to come. The Lord’s
plans will not be foiled in spite of the attempts of the councils
of the nations.
Jeremiah 16: 14-15 prophesies that: “the days are coming,” declares
the Lord, “when it will no longer be said, ‘As the
Lord lives, who brought up the sons of Israel out of the land of
Egypt,’ but, ‘As the Lord lives, who brought up the
sons of Israel from the land of the north (Russia) and from all
the countries where He had banished them.’”
In other words, there will be a greater Exodus than the one described
in the second book of the Bible.
As we continue to take our part in this great move of God in our
day, please pray for us. Quarterly bulletins and a bimonthly prayer
alert are available for those wanting more information to pray
effectively.
